U.S. National Day of Prayer

March 15th has been declared a U.S. National Day of Prayer for those affected by COVID-19

John Wesley said “Prayer is where the action is.” With so many people impacted by the National State of Emergency, please spend some time in prayer today, and in the coming days and weeks, to pray for the following;

  • those vulnerable to infection due to age, frail health, etc.
  • those who are self-confined out of fear of contracting COVID-19 … or one of this year’s three strains of the flu virus
  • health care providers who will bear much of the strain of being involved in the care and treatment of the ill.
  • parents who will still go to work every day but whose children will need supervision/care while schools are closed
  • those who will be hurt by those who live by an “every person for themselves” mentality
  • families of those who have died from the virus
  • please add others you think of here
