Rev. Dr. Robert Hoffman
Bob Hoffman has been in ministry with the United Methodist Church for over 35 years, serving churches in Hatboro, Philadelphia, Pottstown and Reading. He was the Pastor at Cedarville from 1989-2000. From 2000 to 2006 he was the District Superintendent of the Otterbein-Lancaster-Southwest District of the Eastern PA Conference. Bob has returned to Cedarville as of July, 2006 with a strong desire to keep our mission statement alive by "Changing Lives with Jesus" and is dedicated to helping the congregation grow in their spiritual journey.

Pam Rader
Pam is the Director of Pastoral Care at Cedarville UMC. Before coming to Cedarville, , she taught special needs children in Pottstown for 33 years. She went to Local Pastors School in 1996. She serves Cedarville in a lay capacity: visiting shut-ins and hospitalized folks, teaching, maintaining visitor contacts, providing connections for people with specific needs, lending an ear where needed , and doing occasional preaching. She attends all services, so is readily available to those who need her. |

Susan Morris
Susan Morris was born and raised in Kirkwood, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. After attending the University of Missouri, she moved to the Philadelphia area, where she was employed for Honeywell Information Systems, and then left to help a “new start” business, where she was appointed Secretary/Treasurer of the corporation. Susan left the business world in 1975 after marrying her husband, Ed, and started a family (three children, Ed, Katie, and Bill). During the early family years, she was a nursery school teacher at Coventryville U.M. Church for ten years, and also went to school at night and received a Paralegal degree from Penn State University. Susan began working for Cedarville United Methodist Church in June of 1992. Susan enjoys playing the piano and singing. |

Christin Mill
Christin Mill was born and raised in Southeastern, PA. She began college classes for ministerial ordination with a specialization in music ministry direction, through Global University, immediately after finishing high school. She has been a part of a contemporary praise team since the age of 12 and has led praise teams, first as a substitute and then regularly, since the age of 16. She has also served as Sound Tech, Bible Study Leader, Youth Leader and Youth Praise Team Leader at previous churches. Christin has been attending Cedarville for approximately 5 years now, starting as the percussionist on the Contemporary praise team. She spends her days working as a Security Manager for a local retailer. Christin loves animals and currently has 2 cats, a dog, a frog, a turtle, and fish...all one big happy family...and her favorite color is green.

Kathy Ballein
Kathy Ballein was born and raised in Monongahela, PA, a town in Western Pennsylvania. She attended Bucknell University (for two years as a Music Ed Major) and graduated from the American Conservatory of Music in Chicago with a Bachelor of Music Education with major emphasis in Voice. She continued in her educational studies by taking Graduate Studies at Northern Illinois University, West Chester University, and Penn State. She received a Fellowship to Eastern College for summer work in American Studies and taught music in public schools in Illinois for seven years. Upon returning to PA she taught music (from kindergarten through high school) in Exeter Twp, Pottsgrove, Oley Twp, and concluded her teaching career of 40 years by retiring from the Methacton School District in 2004. She has directed church choirs since high school and is currently in her 17th year as the Chancel Choir director here at Cedarville.

Lori Snavely
Lori Snavely is the Handbell Choir Director for Cedarville UMC. She has a B.S. in Music Education from Lebanon Valley College and a M.A. in Music Therapy from Immaculata College. She is also a Board Certified Music Therapist and has a Certificate in Expressive Arts. Lori has been an organist, choir director, handbell choir director, brass choir director, was a member of “Puppet Praise”, and has performed many other roles within different churches. She is currently teaching instrumental music in the Daniel Boone Area School District at Amity Intermediate Center.

Jay Meloy
Jay Meloy has served Cedarville UMC as the elected treasurer commencing in 2000 and remains today as a paid staff member since the treasurer’s position was added to staff in 2007. Jay resides on Winchester Court in North Coventry with his wife Susan. Both have been members of Cedarville since relocating to the area in 1993. Jay is an engineer with Allen Sherman Hoff designing materials handling systems used by coal fired power generation utilities. Jay also serves on the North Coventry Municipal Authority and is active in the Amity Township Lions Club.

Christine Meyers
Christine Meyers has been a life long member of Cedarville. Her child care experience includes an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. As well as working in Child care Centers for 15 years in and around the Pottstown Area. Including the Boyertown YMCA as a Site supervisor and various Day Cares. Christine and her husband Jason have two children and reside in North Coventry.
